purchase, we offer a 60-day 
money-back guarantee from the 
date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:
· You must contact us within 
  60 days of receiving your order
· You must have used the product 
  consistently as directed
· Opened or partially used bottles 
  are accepted under our guarantee

To initiate a return, contact our 
team at support@shopcellene.com 
with your order number and reason 
for return. We will respond within 
2 business days with return 
instructions.

Refunds are processed to your 
original payment method within 
5-10 business days of approval.

Please note:
· Return shipping costs are the 
  responsibility of the customer 
  unless the item arrived damaged 
  or incorrect
· We do not accept returns after 
  60 days from delivery
· Bundles are refunded at the 
  per-unit rate for returned items only

CELLENE reserves the right to 
refuse refunds in cases of 
suspected abuse of our guarantee 
policy.
