CELLENE PURCHASE OPTIONS 
CANCELLATION POLICY

ONE-TIME PURCHASES:
One-time orders cannot be 
cancelled once they have been 
processed and dispatched. 
If you wish to cancel a 
one-time order please contact 
us at ecomnadhealth@gmail.com 
immediately after placing 
your order. We will do our 
best to cancel before dispatch 
but cannot guarantee cancellation 
once the order has entered 
fulfilment.

If your order has already 
been dispatched please refer 
to our Return and Refund Policy 
for next steps.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS:
Subscription orders can be 
cancelled at any time before 
your next billing date with 
no cancellation fees or penalties.

To cancel a subscription:
· Log into your CELLENE account
· Navigate to My Subscriptions
· Select the subscription 
  you wish to cancel
· Click Cancel Subscription

Alternatively contact us at 
ecomnadhealth@gmail.com 
at least 48 hours before 
your next billing date to 
ensure cancellation is 
processed in time.

Cancellations requested less 
than 48 hours before the 
next billing date may result 
in one additional charge. 
In this case the order will 
be fulfilled and our standard 
refund policy will apply.

CELLENE does not charge 
cancellation fees under 
any circumstances.
